The annual Hospital Managers’ Summit hosted by the Catholic Health Service Trust, Ghana, is here again!
This year, we gather with renewed purpose to build capacity for continuous quality improvement across CHST hospitals. The Summit brings together hospital leaders and stakeholders to share experiences, strengthen leadership, and explore practical strategies that elevate care delivery.
Through interactive sessions and collaborative workshops, we’ll dive into the heart of quality improvement: patient safety, clinical excellence, and sustainable systems that support compassionate care. It’s also a space to engage directly with partners and innovators, working together to solve real challenges and shape the future of hospital management.
