The annual Clinic Managers’ Summit hosted by the Catholic Health Service Trust, Ghana, is here again! The Summit brings together stakeholders across the system to share experiences and celebrate heath workers who contribute to delivering compassionate care to our cherished clients.
It also offers the unique opportunity to sharpen the clinical and leadership acumen of healthcare workers through workshops and interactive case-based sessions; explore best strategies in patient safety, resource optimization; and integrate digital health technologies for everyday care delivery.
